Details you submit through the Request a Line, Book a Demo, and Contact forms (such as name, business email, company, and messaging requirements), and standard technical data required to operate the website.
How we use it
To review your request, contact you about SendiMessage, provision and support messaging lines, and operate and secure the service.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The website uses consent-gated measurement. Optional analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (Meta) run only after you grant the matching consent category, and you can change your choice at any time via the “Privacy preferences” control in the footer. Form submissions may be reported to these vendors as conversion events using a random correlation id — never your form contents.
Sharing
We share information with carriers and providers strictly as needed to provision and deliver messaging, with the consent-gated measurement vendors described above, and with service providers who help us operate. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
We keep request and account data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting privacy@sendimessage.com. Residents of states with privacy laws (such as California) may exercise the rights those laws provide through the same address.
