- Line-per-workflow or per-market setups
- Priority provisioning review
Enterprise
CustomMany lines, custom integrations, higher scale, and advanced workflows.
Pilot pricing applies to the first month of evaluation. Production service then continues on the standard Dedicated Line plan ($129 / line / month) unless otherwise agreed — no hidden changes. Message usage, carrier or provider charges, and country-specific costs may be billed separately depending on configuration — they are identified during the pricing review, never hidden.
How much for your setup?
Every dedicated line is $129 / month at the standard rate — estimate your base cost, then the review confirms the rest.
Estimated base line pricing at the standard rate. Message usage, provider-related charges, or custom commercial terms may apply depending on configuration — confirmed during review, and this estimate is not a binding quote.
Prove it on a real line first.
The pilot month is for validating the integration end to end. The sequence is conceptual — activation always follows review, and we don't promise fixed timings.
You build the product. We manage the messaging infrastructure.
A line is not just a number — it's a managed system your application talks to over one API.
curl -X POST https://api.sendimessage.com/v1/send-message \
-H "X-API-Key: $API_KEY" -H "X-API-Secret: $API_SECRET" \
-d '{ "number": "+15555550123", "content": "Your order shipped." }'The real endpoint and credentials model (API key + secret) — same as the API docs. Replies come back to your application as signed webhooks.
What does “dedicated” mean?
The line is provisioned to your SendiMessage organization and used only for your workflows — it is not shared across unrelated customers. Your API credentials, contacts, conversations, and webhooks are scoped to your organization.
What every managed line includes.
Backed by the verified public API — nothing listed here is aspirational.

Understand what affects your total cost.
No hidden line items — these are the factors the pricing review works through with you.
Responsible line usage
Managed lines operate within per-line sending limits that protect line health and deliverability: hourly and daily outbound caps and a daily new-recipient cap, configured per line at provisioning with conservative defaults and visible over the API (GET /lines). Messaging an existing contact does not count against the new-recipient cap. If your workflow needs higher limits, that is part of the use-case review — not a hidden wall.
Built to scale beyond one line.
Start with one managed line. When your application needs additional capacity, markets, teams, or customer workflows, additional lines are provisioned to your organization through the same assisted review — not an instant self-serve checkout.
Examples of workflows teams give their own line — not a rule that every team needs one. Lines are added when a workflow needs its own identity, capacity, or market.
What typical setups cost.

AI startup
Start with the $129 pilot month, then $129/month in production.
- One line for the AI agent's customer conversations
- Pilot first, production when the workflow is proven
- Replies + webhooks drive the agent loop
SaaS product
- Lines per workflow — e.g. onboarding, support, notifications
- One organization, one API, shared contacts
- Each line has its own identity and limits
Larger deployment
- Many lines across teams, markets, or tenants
- Volume pricing discussed with sales
- Priority provisioning review
One line inside a real product.
For AI agents
One managed line gives an AI workflow a real customer messaging channel: outbound messages, inbound replies, and signed webhooks your agent can act on.
For CRM / SaaS
Your product sends from its own workflows and receives replies back as webhook events — conversations and contacts stay queryable over the API.

Questions, answered honestly.
How much does SendiMessage cost?
Dedicated production lines start at $129 per line per month. The Developer Pilot lets you evaluate with one real managed line at the same starting rate before committing further. Multi-line and enterprise setups are priced per configuration — talk to sales.
Is pricing per user or per seat?
No. Pricing is per managed line, not per user. Your team uses the dashboard and API under your organization without per-seat charges.
What does the $129 per line include?
A dedicated managed line provisioned to your organization, full REST API access, incoming replies where enabled, signed webhooks, conversations, contacts, message history, the dashboard and team inbox, and assisted onboarding. The API is the product, not an add-on.
Can we test before committing to production?
Yes — that is exactly what the Developer Pilot is: one real managed line at the standard starting rate ($129 for the first month), full API access, real replies and webhooks, with assisted setup. It is a real operational line, not a free trial or sandbox.
Are incoming replies and webhooks included?
Yes, on every plan. Where replies are enabled for the line, customers can answer, and replies arrive in the API, in conversations, and as the signed receive webhook event — at no extra plan tier.
Does SMS or message usage cost extra?
It can. Message usage, carrier costs, and provider or country-specific charges may be billed separately depending on your line configuration and volume. There is no published per-message price; whatever applies to your setup is identified and confirmed during the pricing review, before activation — never hidden afterwards.
Can we add more lines later?
Yes. Additional lines are provisioned to your organization through the same assisted review — many setups run separate lines per workflow, team, or market. From roughly 20 lines, volume pricing is discussed instead of a straight multiple.
Are there sending limits?
Yes — lines carry reasonable-use hourly and daily new-conversation limits that protect line health and deliverability. They are visible via the API (GET /lines), replies inside existing conversations are not limited the same way, and higher-volume needs are part of the use-case review.
Do we need our own hardware, Mac, or iPhone?
No. You never run or manage messaging hardware or infrastructure — lines are provisioned and operated by SendiMessage. You integrate a REST API.
How long does provisioning take?
It depends on the market and provider requirements for your line, so we don't promise a fixed activation time. The review starts as soon as you submit a request, and your specialist keeps you updated at every step.
Can we cancel?
The published plans are billed monthly per line, and the public pricing carries no minimum-commitment requirement. Specific terms for your setup are confirmed in writing during onboarding — nothing changes silently.
What happens after the pilot month?
Service continues on the standard Dedicated Line plan at $129 per line per month unless otherwise agreed during onboarding — no automatic upsells and no hidden changes.
