Why pricing is per line

A messaging line is a real, dedicated piece of infrastructure provisioned for your business — pricing follows the thing being provided.

What a line involves

  • Dedicated provisioning — the line is yours, not shared sending capacity
  • Infrastructure allocation for sending, receiving, and routing
  • Configuration for your use case, destination, and channels
  • Ongoing availability and line health monitoring
  • Support coverage for the line's whole lifecycle

What may cost extra

Per-line pricing covers the line. Message usage may be charged separately according to your agreement, and countries or providers can differ in cost. Not every cost is included in the line price — the pricing review states exactly what applies to your setup before anything is provisioned.

We don't publish a fixed public price because honest pricing depends on your countries and volume; inventing a universal number would be marketing, not pricing.

Why not per-seat or per-message-only

Seats don't map to messaging value — a five-person team can run more volume than a fifty-person one. Pure per-message pricing hides the fixed reality that a dedicated line exists and is maintained whether you send or not. Per-line with usage is the model that matches what's actually provided.
